"Foresight" in the land of a thousand ponds from €28.60 per night

Welcome to our site in the small village of Bucha in the Saale-Orla district. The pitches are located on our agricultural land, adjacent to the edge of the field and partly on a very slight slope. In summer, you can admire cows and ducks, among other animals, in the neighboring pastures and you can buy fresh quail eggs every day at the campsite. A small footpath takes you 60 m to our small viewing point "Weitblick", from which you can see for many kilometers if the visibility is good and perhaps with a glass of wine. In our small feel-good corner you will find, among other things, a cooking and preparation table. And if it does rain, you still have the opportunity for games, fun and entertainment. Our location is exactly in the middle between the Bleiloch and Hohenwarte reservoirs, both of which are 16 km away. Furthermore, we are located directly at the starting point of the Plothener Teichgebiet nature reserve, also known as the "Land of a Thousand Ponds", which is ideal to explore on foot or by bike. Here are two special excursion tips: -Hike from our old GDR station Posenmühle on the tracks to Ziegenrück (5km) or even further to the famous Ziemtal bridge (another 5km).
