Cleanliness is an important principle, no wild dumping of dirt and garbage of any kind or origin, no feces, no dogs, horses or other animals, from 9 p.m. only muted music 🎶, it is a private garden that should be treated with respect, the adjacent garages are not to be used, the terrace in front with chairs and tables can be used, as can the grill, but must be left clean and tidy. The atmosphere is similar to that of a forest clearing, so please be careful with open fires, campfires should only be lit appropriately and cautiously. Social gatherings are always nice but please no wild parties, we are in the village and have nice people as neighbors. Please do not use the objects on the site or accidentally take them with you. Trees and bushes are not intended for harvesting or pruning and please remain intact. In urgent cases, going to the toilet in the bushes is tolerated as an exception, but leaving any other waste in the garden is to be avoided at all costs; you wouldn't relieve yourself in your own garden either.
