Quiet Hours Quiet time: 22:00 – 07:00 ****Please avoid loud music, generators, parties or excessive noise. *****Respect fellow campers who come here for nature and relaxation. Respect Your Neighbours ****Keep a respectful distance between vehicles and camping equipment. *****Do not walk through other guests’ pitches. ******Please keep shared spaces welcoming and friendly. Speed Limit Inside the Campsite *****Maximum speed: 5 km/h *****Watch carefully for children, cyclists and pets. Waste & Environmental Care *****Use designated bins and recycling areas. *****Grey water and chemical toilets must only be emptied at the dedicated service point. ******Leave your pitch clean when departing. Help us preserve Bucovina’s natural environment. Electricity & Utilities *****Use electrical hook-ups responsibly. *****High-consumption appliances may be restricted during peak periods. Pets *****Pets are welcome. ******Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. ******Owners are responsible for cleaning after their animals. Campfires & BBQ *****Open fires are allowed only in designated areas and only with campsite permission. *****BBQs are permitted if weather conditions are safe. Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
