About the site
Small, quiet village with a typically Hungarian flair. Mecseknádasd is a Danube Swabian village. We are located at the gateway to Hungary's most beautiful hiking area. Our village has several shopping options, all easily accessible on foot. A gas station, several restaurants, a bank, a butcher, and even massage and wellness options. The parking space is behind our residential property, below the vineyard. Fresh water is available in front of the house. Electricity can be connected to the vehicle. Shower, toilet, and washing machine can be used free of charge in our guest apartment. Free parking is available throughout the property. The only drawback might be the driveway/gate (2.60 m wide) to the meadow, which could be difficult for one or two vehicles or caravans. Note the gutter in the top left of the photo. However, if you have four-wheel drive, you can easily access the meadow from above via the vineyard. Very, very quiet parking space. We look forward to seeing you. Accessibility 24/7/365

Site rules
It's a quiet spot near other residents. Quiet is important at night; after all, we're not at Ballermann. Otherwise, there are no special rules. Campfires are permitted all night.

We received a very warm welcome from Tanja, who took care of everything. We were able to do our laundry while enjoying the view of the vineyards. Our 6m van easily fit through the driveway :)
June 2024
We were Tanja and Simon's guests for 4 days. Since we couldn't fit through the yard with our W50, Simon didn't hesitate, jumped on his moped, and showed us an alternative route. We borrowed a bike for our son and a zinc tub for the little one to play in. Toilet, washing machine and shower were also provided - very clean 👍. Hospitality is very important here, very worthwhile!

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
