The parking space is located next to our wildflower meadow, which borders directly on our permaculture garden with a kitchen garden and much more. (During harvest time, you are welcome to join in the harvest after prior arrangement and for a small donation.) The property also includes the "EinfallsReich" (Realm of Ingenuity), where handcrafted items for the home, house, and garden can be purchased. The parking area features a comfortable seating area and a ping-pong table, which are available for use. The property, with direct road access, is located at the entrance to a small village. It is surrounded by fields and, at a distance, by woods, offering fantastic unobstructed views all around, allowing you to admire beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and at night, the stunning starry sky. Occasionally, deer or foxes wander from the nearby forest onto the property - but don't worry, the parking space is fenced. A cycle path borders the property, offering opportunities for beautiful bike rides through the surrounding fields, meadows, and woods, or for example, to the thermal baths in Ludwigsfelde, approximately 7 km away. Since we have only recently taken over the cultivation of the property (formerly a field), there are currently no utilities available, meaning your vehicle should be truly self-sufficient. (If necessary, electricity can be supplied via an extension cord after prior arrangement.) The property lies in the departure path of BER airport and is also overflown by aircraft depending on the wind direction. Since we already have our own dog, we cannot accommodate any additional dogs.
