About the site
Fenced property with meadows, trees and bushes. The property is located on a small river that can be navigated by canoe/paddle boat towards Leipzig city center. Forest and floodplain landscape, ideal for hiking. Cospudener See can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Very nice bike tours around the Neuseenland and surrounding area. Belantis family park nearby. Cozy restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area 200 m away. On the property there is a small half-timbered house with a cannon stove, corner bench, table and large TV that can be shared. I can provide an additional sleeping place in a Finnish hut. From April to October the access to the property is blocked with a barrier that is opened with a hand-held transmitter. Please contact us before arrival to hand over the transmitters.

Alles da was man so braucht. Kurzer Spaziergang direkt zum See. Essen gehen kann man auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Toller Platz am Fluss. In 5 Minuten am Badesee, in ca. 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt mit dem Fahrrad. Der Platz ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen Aufenthaltsraum. Wenn die Sonne nicht scheint, ist die Solardusche sehr kalt. Kontakt sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Thomas hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen. Es gibt 2 Plätze auf seinem Grundstück welches ideal gelegen ist um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir waren mit dem Rad im Zentrum und am Cospudenersee. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum falls das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist. Danke Thomas!

Thomas ist der perfekte Gastgeber und seine beiden Plätze eine kleine Oase. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder

Thomas ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, der uns freundlich empfangen hat und einen tollen Platz mitten im Grünen unweit des Cospudener Sees anbietet. Der Platz ist geräumig, bietet Strom, Ver- und Entsorgung und eine tolle Außendusche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!
