About the site
The thick 🪨 stone marks your parking space, making it easy to find. Trees that surround you welcome you to linger in the tranquility of nature. The lake offers everyone a refreshing swim. Here in the Vosges, nature lovers, hikers, anglers, cyclists, bikers, etc. can have a great time. After so many experiences in the fresh air, a wood-fired sauna is available all year round for a fee to relax and unwind. Or a hot shower with a lake view in our outdoor bath; pamper yourself after your day. Our Dogs ensure our safety day and night.

Beautiful campsite, very nice host, adorable dogs - a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
We'll be back—that really says it all. Nevertheless, here are a few more words: We found Jochen to be a very hospitable, thoughtful, and accommodating host, who was very attentive to our needs and interests. He created a sensational area: great pitches, a sauna, and a fish/swimming pond. All surrounded by forest. A natural campsite at its best. Unfortunately—and Jochen can't help it—the pond was still too cold for swimming, but it was great for a dip after the sauna. So we decided to experience more seasons with Jochen. Jumping directly from the camper into the lake in the morning, before breakfast, with the trees bathed in the sun—we imagine that would be fantastic.
A beautiful campsite and a warm host. Too bad to be a stopover. We would love to come back and, above all, stay longer. Best regards from Ines and Norman
Jochen is a bon vivant who's a real pleasure to be with ;-) What wonderful, glorious, quiet, relaxed, and close-to-nature days those were. We enjoyed them with every ounce of our being and are already looking forward to seeing you again in the spring!
Meike and Jochen are wonderful hosts, and we felt very comfortable. The pitch and the grounds are fantastic. The lake for swimming and the outdoor pool are a real highlight and a perfect way to unwind from everyday life! A huge thank you, we won't be staying here for the last time.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
