About the site
The pitch is close to the road, but at 650 meters, and right next to a spring where you can draw water at any time. The pitch is level and in a beautiful setting. Although it's next to the road, it's very quiet, and you're welcome to use the area around the house. Please do not enter the adjacent stable building.

Site rules
The pitch belongs to our cabin and is located in a water conservation area; please do not dispose of wastewater. We also do not have garbage collection. You can use fresh spring water at any time. Electricity is available in the outbuilding next to the water source. The stable building next to the cabin is not to be entered due to the risk of collapse. Please be careful in the forest; hunters are active primarily in the fall. The meadows opposite the cabin (across the street) are pastures; please do not let dogs there. Everything around the cabin is available for use, including the chives from our raised bed and the seating area in front of the cabin. Early in the morning, a lady may come to water the flowers on the street.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
