♡Welcome♡ If you're looking for an idyllic spot to spend the night, you've come to the right place! The parking space is located in our garden, on the outskirts of a village with 150 inhabitants, under old fruit trees. Warning: In the morning you will be woken up in a very idyllic way by our bantam rooster Babo and his gang in the garden ♡ In our garden means: you mustn't disturb us when we're working on the property, playing with our child in the garden, or relaxing by the garden shed in the evening. We LIVE here ♡ You are always welcome to have a chat with us or join us. But if you don't want to do that, you are of course welcome to enjoy your peace and quiet and put your feet up in the hammock. Children are very welcome here, so they are welcome to use our "fleet of vehicles" and other toys. Should you ever need fresh water, we'd be happy to help. We ask that you treat nature and other people with respect. Therefore, it would be great if you refrained from playing loud music and kept the area clean. ❌❌❌Our fire pit can be used after prior consultation (and only if the weather permits)❌❌❌ Shopping facilities: A few houses down there is a small village shop (self-service) selling regional delicacies (potatoes, ice cream, pasta, canned sausages, etc.). A larger supermarket is less than 5 km away. Those seeking relaxation or activity by the water can reach Lake Brombach in less than 30 minutes by car. A pleasant bike ride could lead to Abenberg Castle, 8 km away. And those simply looking for a traditional beer garden can reach one in the neighboring village after a 20-minute walk. We want to use the income from your stay to support local clubs/institutions, therefore we donate the money in full to such organizations. Nice spot and easy communication with Simone. We were even offered electricity and water, and the shade from the fruit trees made the hot days more bearable.
A great spot with very friendly hosts. My dogs and I felt very comfortable. The surrounding area is perfect for short hikes. The place is very pretty! I'd love to come back!👍😀
We received a very friendly and warm welcome and quickly felt welcome. The overnight spot was comfortable with a view of the countryside. The access to the motorway is excellent. We especially liked the fact that the proceeds from our overnight stay go to local organizations—in our case, the fire department. We enjoyed our stay and give this spot a thumbs-up.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
