The Bensemann family's campsite is family-run and very centrally located. This means you have short distances to shops, the bakery, and the (dog-friendly) beach. Those who vacation with us don't need a car. Bus and train stations are a 2-minute walk away, and the cycle paths towards Heringsdorf / Ahlbeck / Swinemünde, towards the Amber Coast resorts and Zinnowitz, or into the picturesque hinterland are right opposite. What do we offer? Each pitch has its own spacious comfort zone. This means that when you leave your camper, you don't immediately step under your neighbor's awning. Almost all pitches are visually separated by natural hedges. And yet, it's easy to strike up a conversation over a beer. Those who want to continue the conversation can simply use the communal barbecue area with a fire pit or the seasonal pool located right next to it. The sanitary facilities, cleaned daily and each with two separate showers, two toilets, and four sinks, are only 10-25 meters from the pitches. A washing machine is also available; its use is generally free of charge, but you are welcome to leave a donation for the animal sanctuary. Three CEE power outlets each provide you with 10A of electricity, and fiber optic internet offers great opportunities for streaming, working remotely, or sending beautiful vacation photos to loved ones back home. Not only the little ones will enjoy the pool, but also the playground with swings, a slide, chess, and table tennis. Those who prefer can relax with a book in the hammocks. All necessary connections for fresh and grey water are in place. We are also currently working on a disposal option for users of dry toilets. In the immediate vicinity, you can exchange gas cylinders, rent or repair bicycles, enjoy delicious meals, or simply relax on the over 40km long, fine sandy beach. Cycling tours on the excellent network of cycle paths in the picturesque hinterland or directly along the Baltic coast are just as much a part of the experience as a tasty fish sandwich or cake "like Grandma used to make" in one of the many small cafes in the villages of the hinterland. Dog owners will be pleased to know that we offer a fenced dog run for free use right next to the pitches. Furthermore, we operate the entire campsite almost entirely self-sufficiently. Solar panels power your e-bike batteries and refrigerators, while heat pumps ensure comfortably warm shower water and a pleasant sanitary building. +++ ATTENTION: Our peak season is during the following periods: March 5-9, 2026 (Baltic Lights), Easter, May 13-September 14 (Summer), and December 18, 2020 - January 6, 2027 (Christmas/New Year's). A fee of €10 per night per pitch is payable directly to the operator on site or can be booked through VanSite.
