Fishing opportunities are available if you have a fishing license! Parking spaces Only 3 seats → no mass processing Full self-sufficiency required Suitable for loads up to 7.5 t - well suited for loads up to 3.5 t Directions Take Kirchwerder Mühlendamm to Marachbahndamm. Drive in far. Up to house number 30, access is permitted for residents → so you are allowed to drive through. The property is located at number 36. Driveway slightly paved. ⚠️ Important / Rules Calm, respectful behavior Please take all your rubbish and sewage with you. Dogs with a hunting instinct must be kept on a leash at all times (hunting takes place here!). Deer and pheasants wander right up to the doorstep. Please clean up after your dog! In extreme and persistent wet conditions, use common sense. It's a meadow. If necessary, a tractor can be obtained on site in case of surprises.
