The parking space is beautifully situated in our car park, with a view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Kochel. The Glentleiten open-air museum is 200 m below us. The Trimini crystal thermal baths are 8 km away. The Schwaiganger horse stud farm is 5 km away.

We were there Monday/Tuesday. It was super quiet and the view was amazing. It won't be our last visit.

Beautiful view, very quiet. The host was closed that day, so the parking lot was almost empty (only two campers). Electricity is available, but costs extra (€6/day). The restrooms are clean.
Our second stay was also fantastic. A very friendly hostess, great food, and a fantastic location. We'll be back!
A lovely, quiet parking spot in winter! Definitely bring leveling blocks. Marion, if you're reading this: Unfortunately, we were unable to contact you via Vansite: The water connection is broken, the distribution connection seems to be broken off, and there is no water in the pipes. Best regards!

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
