About the site
In our spacious garden directly at the winery, we offer 3-4 parking spaces on our lawn. Access is partially paved. You can enjoy wine tastings and local delicacies directly from the winery owner. The winery is open seasonally: From mid-October to mid-November, Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. You can find the dates on our website under "Wine Tavern". You can find further events at our winery on our website: wew.weingut-martin.com Please feel free to contact me in advance if you'd like to try a small wine tasting or want to learn more about the work at the winery. We have a self-service refrigerator where you can purchase most of our wines, juices, and water, open 24 hours ;) In the garden, you'll find cozy seating areas for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening under the stars. :) Our chickens live with you in the garden – our rooster is an early riser. You are also welcome to buy fresh eggs from us. Electricity is available in the garden, and water and guest restrooms are located in the winery courtyard. Cycling and hiking trails are nearby, and the vineyards and a supermarket with a bakery are a 10-minute walk away. There are also pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and restaurants within a 500-meter radius. For all culture lovers, our local train station offers direct connections to Mainz, Bingen, or Alzey.

Please let me know your arrival time in advance. I'll be happy to give you my cell phone number and send you a picture with directions. The parking space is fenced. You are welcome to use the garden, including seating and a barbecue area.

The hosts are simply fantastic! You can't help but feel at home here, there's plenty of space, and when the wine tavern is running, you don't have to worry about food and drink. Those who are very sensitive to noise might have a problem with the frogs and the rooster. We accepted that, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have stayed for four days.

Booking was straightforward, and contact with Franziska was quick and extremely friendly! We received a friendly welcome and were shown around. You stand in the garden behind the winery, overlooking the garden. The restrooms are easily accessible via the barn. We were lucky and the wine tavern was open. Franziska reserved a table for us, so we were able to comfortably end the evening in the courtyard. The service was truly first-class and lovingly done. If our journey takes us through Rheinhessen again, we will definitely stop by again - also to get some more wine 😉

Our first stop was great; the friendly welcome and uncomplicated manner of Franziska and the family was fantastic. The Pinot Gris was excellent. The pitch is quiet, and there is lighting in the garden in case you want to use the toilet at the main house.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
