IL NIDO DELLA FORTUNA - garden an oasis of peace, relaxation, history, and the sea Garden located in Fano—the Roman Fanum Fortunae—just an 8-minute bike ride 🚲 from Piazza XX Settembre and the sea. The large, flat garden, once the threshing floor of a large farmhouse, allows you to enjoy the pleasures and leisure opportunities of the historic center and the proximity of Fano's main sandy or pebble beaches in complete relaxation and tranquility. After spending the day at the beach, ⛵️🚤🏊♂️ it's priceless to relax in the cool private garden in the shade of the old cherry tree or in the grove, listening to the swallows at dusk and watching the colorful parachutes 🪂 🪂🪂 circling in the sky above us, or even experience the thrill of a jump at the nearby and renowned Skydive🪂. The sea breeze constantly cools the garden, providing refreshment even during the hottest hours of the day. In the heart of Fano, the nearby historic center offers all the services and monuments: Piazza XX Settembre with the Teatro della Fortuna, the Pinacoteca and Civic Museum in the Palazzo and Corte Malatestiana, the baroque church of San Pietro in Valle, the magnificent church of San Francesco, and the Malatesta Tombs, all within 100 meters. Restaurants, bars, a bakery, a herb market, a fish market, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office, a hairdresser, and all the conveniences the city center has to offer are also within easy reach. Cycling is also a pleasure, so the Garden offers bicycles for all guests. ...And then magnificent Urbino, just 50 km away, the renowned Furlo Gorge 35 km away for hiking 🦅 and climbing 🚵 🧗♂️ or kayaking... the Frasassi Caves 75 km away, Rimini and Ancona 50 km away. What a huge and calm spot for the night! Veronica and her family were very friendly and hospitable. electricity is near the spot, toilets and shower are very clean! Nice view in the morning. Thanks for hosting us!

My husband and I are still speechless about the incredibly wonderful days we were able to spend with Veronica and her family. The place is beautiful and lovingly maintained, surrounded by stunning nature; we immediately felt at home. The shower and toilet were very clean. The area and the surrounding fields are perfect for relaxing and enjoying ourselves. From time to time, you can watch the skydivers, which was very entertaining and interesting for us. We also went swimming several times at the sea and into town, both of which are easily accessible on foot in 20 to 30 minutes. We would like to thank our hosts again for the wonderful days, as well as the warm welcome and hospitality 🤗 We will definitely be back 🤗

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable.
