About the site
Camping in the Sauerland region means a pure nature experience: From your pitch in Eslohe-Wenholthausen, near the Sauerland-Höhenflug trail, you can enjoy the view of a horse paddock and the forests and mountains of the Sauerland beyond. Listen to the murmur of the stream next door and truly unwind. Despite the tranquility, you won't have to forgo essential amenities: We provide electricity on the camping meadow (a total of 11 pitches), which, by the way, is bathed in sunshine all day long. You can dispose of your rubbish and wash your dishes at our washing-up station. Please note, however, that we do not have a toilet disposal station. The nearest facilities are located in Eslohe and Meschede. In the immediate vicinity of our campsite there is a bakery and in the next town Eslohe (6km away) there are various supermarkets where you can buy everything for your daily needs, from groceries to toothpaste. Our campsite in Wenholthausen is the ideal base for your hiking or cycling holiday in the Sauerland region. If you'd like to combine camping between Schmallenberg and Winterberg with a hike on the Sauerland-Höhenflug trail or a bike tour on the SauerlandRadring cycle route, our campsite in Wenholthausen is the perfect place for you. From here, you can easily access the popular hiking trails and cycling routes through the Sauerland. At our "Seemers Campingplatz im Grünen" campsite in the Sauerland region, you can enjoy the comfort of our hotel and restaurant while still sleeping in your own private caravan. Right next to our Landgasthof Seemer hotel and restaurant in Wenholthausen, we offer 11 caravan pitches in a green setting, directly by the Mühlenbach stream, the Wenne river, and the church.

Is it possible to bring a dog? Well-behaved dogs (up to 60cm) are welcome (€3 per night, food not included). Please indicate that you would like to bring your dog when making your inquiry or booking. Adding a dog to your booking after the fact is not always possible. For a stress-free holiday, your dog should be accustomed to being left alone in the caravan and not barking at night. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the house and on the entire property.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte auf dem Hof. Positiv zu loben ist, das Bad (WC/Dusche). Auch fanden wir die Lage klasse. Uns persönlich hat das Leuten der Kirchglocke (jede halbe Std, auch nachts) gestört. Dies ist bei VanSite leider nicht ersichtlich gewesen. Auch, entsprechen die Bilder nicht ganz der Realität - es ist kein Einzel-Stellplatz direkt am Feld, sondern ein Hof mit ca 10 Plätzen. Im großen und Ganzen war es okay, haben jedoch anderes erwartet.

Ein super schöner Stellplatz, mit top Sanitäranlagen. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das Highlight ist das Restaurant mit regionaler Küche und einen hervorragenden Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Julia.

Schöner kleiner Campingplatz im Grünen direkt an einem Bach. Sehr freundliche Betreiber mit einer hervorragendenGastronomie, Sanitärräume super sauber, Umgebung zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren bestens geeignet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!

Wir wurden superfreundlich empfangen. Die Wiese liegt hinter dem Gasthaus und ist absolut idyllisch. Man schaut auf eine Pferdekoppel und hört einen Bach plätschern. Es ist wirklich schön. Im Gasthaus kann man Abendessen und nach Vorbestellung auch Frühstücken. Der Platz ist nicht nur für eine Nacht zu empfehlen.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
