About the site
This small parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the former 'Wolfswinkel Paper Factory', an old industrial ruin, and offers access to the Finow Canal. The Finow Canal is, among other things, the oldest man-made waterway in Germany that is still navigable. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the wonderful direct view of the Wolfswinkel Lock and the Eisenspalterei Lift Bridge, or simply relax and watch the boats pass by. Two supermarkets and a bus stop are just 200 meters away. A Greek restaurant and a gym are 120 meters away. In Eberswalde, the family garden is just 250 meters away, or the Eberswalde Zoo is about 3 km away. For children, there is an indoor adventure paradise about 500 meters away, and for athletes, a bouldering hall. The 'baff' swimming pool is about 1.5 km away. You can also cycle along the Finow Canal for miles on the towpath on the opposite side of the canal.

Site rules
The access to the parking space is somewhat narrow and secured by a separate gate in another access road to the industrial site. The key for the gate must be picked up in advance at Eberswalder Str. 13. Trailers (caravans) over 6 meters in length may require uncoupling at a narrow 90-degree access road. Upon request, I can also "tow" your caravan to the desired location using a forklift. The parking space has a solid concrete surface, so tent pegs cannot be used. There is an allotment garden on the opposite side of the canal. Please avoid excessively loud music and parties after 9 p.m.

Wir wurden von Björn sehr freundlich empfangen und haben auch eine Tour über das Fabrikgelände bekommen. Auch eine Toilette ist an dem Fabrikgelände vorhanden, nachts wird es auf dem Gelände sehr dunkel da es keine Lichtquellen gibt was natürlich ein riesiger Pluspunkt für die Nacht ist. Für das Gelände jedoch sind Taschenlampen dann von Vorteil. Auch ist es Nachts besonders ruhig und es gibt keine störenden Geräusche. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen.

Mal was anderes, der Stellplatz befindet sich direkt auf der alten Papierfabrik in Eberswalde. Björn ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat mit uns einen Rundgang auf dem alten Industriegelände gemacht.

Ich stand von Freitag bis Sonntag bei Björn. Der Kontakt und die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Zufahrt ist Direkt vor/hinter den riesen gelben Schildern von 1A Autoservice Barnim, nicht in Nr. 13! An der Hauptstrasse ist ordentlich Verkehr und Geschäfte, unten dafür himmliche Ruhe. Gegenüber allerdings ein Kleingartenverein, mit allen vor.-aber auch nachteilen. Björn hat alles gut beschrieben, ich war etwas traurig, dass ick weiter musste. Trotzdem würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen, da mir Preis und Leistung für 39,- Euro einfach zu teuer wären. Danke trotzdem, für diesen tollen Platz.
