About the site
Welcome to our approximately 300-year-old farmstead in the center of Gundernhausen. When you walk through the large gate of the gatehouse from the main street, you unexpectedly find yourself in a large, quiet courtyard, hear the chickens cackling and look at blooming flowers, large trees and a nostalgic red tractor. In the courtyard there is a parking space for a caravan or camper van. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet which can be reached via a direct entrance from the courtyard. A kitchen in the outbuilding can also be used by arrangement. On our farm there are also some home-made delicacies, such as apple juice, apple wine, Omega 3 eggs, honey, jams and much more!

Site rules
Please behave carefully on our farm and in the buildings and also look after our animals. Do not feed them and do not enter the stables without our presence. Please leave the communal areas clean and tidy. Wash your dishes and sort your rubbish. Please be quiet in the building and in front of the front door, especially at night, as we and our baby sleep near the front door/hallway. Smoking is prohibited on the farm and in the buildings, as we have a lot of flammable materials such as hay. We would be happy to show you where you can smoke. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay!

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft für die Nacht. Wer abseits der Stadt, ruhig schlafen möchte, kommt voll auf die Kosten. Nette Gastgeber, Hühner die gackern und Katzen die unbedingt gestreichelt werden wollen. Man steht im Innenhof der Nachts auch geschlossen ist. Wer also "Angst" hat, ist auch dort am richtigen Platz. Sanitäre Anlagen mit Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken sind wirklich gut. Kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Alles super liebevoll. Von den Besitzern bis hin zu der Location. Direkt um Eck ist ein 24 Stunden Supermarkt. Ich bin dankbar dafür, dass ich hier übernachten durfte und komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wem liebenswerte Gastgeber wichtig sind, wer morgens gerne glückliche Hühner gackern hört oder einer der Katzen ihre Streicheleinheiten geben möchte, wer ein rustikales, sauberes Bad mit kostenfreier Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner geiler findet als stylische Duschen mit Deko-Palme und Münzautomat - der ist hier richtig. Und wenn man Glück hat wie wir, wird man sogar auf eine Kutschfahrt eingeladen!

We really liked it with Alexander and Kathi. The two are super hospitable, very uncomplicated and open. Pitch and bathroom were great! We'll definitely be back 😊
