About the site
Fenced property with meadows, trees and bushes. The property is located on a small river that can be navigated by canoe/paddle boat towards Leipzig city center. Forest and floodplain landscape, ideal for hiking. Cospudener See can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Very nice bike tours around the Neuseenland and surrounding area. Belantis family park nearby. Cozy restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area 200 m away. On the property there is a small half-timbered house with a cannon stove, corner bench, table and large TV that can be shared. I can provide an additional sleeping place in a Finnish hut. From April to October the access to the property is blocked with a barrier that is opened with a hand-held transmitter. Please contact us before arrival to hand over the transmitters.

Schöner, relativ gut gelegener Stellplatz, wenn man Richtung Leipzig Zentrum fahren möchte. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Gastgeber. In der Beschreibung wäre es schön, wenn dort noch stehen würde, dass es nur eine Außendusche gibt, die Ende Oktober/Anfang November natürlich eiskalt ist.

Thomas ist ein super sympathischer Gastgeber, bei dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir standen sehr schön und ruhig und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Leipzig bei Thomas und wurden trotz später Ankunft herzlich willkommen geheißen😊! Der Stellplatz liegt angenehm ruhig mit sehr viel Natur in der Umgebung. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, da wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben! Vielen Dank, dass wir die Möglichkeit hatten bei Dir zu übernachten Thomas👏.

Wir hatten DEN perfekten Sommerabschluss bei Bärbel und Thomas! So wurden aus ursprünglich 3 Nächten beinahe ganze 3 Wochen. Vor allem die Nähe zum See haben wir sehr genossen. Wir durften absoluten Freiraum und Ruhe genießen, sodass wir sogar regelmäßig dem Plätschern der Weißen Elster lauschen konnten. Zudem durfte ich das Gasthäuschen in mein mobiles Office umfunktionieren. Wir kommen definitiv zurück aber wünschen dir lieber Thomas erst einmal ganz viel Kraft und ganz schnelle gute Besserung!
