Camping at the Nomade educational farm

About the site

On 3 hectares of meadows and 4 hectares of woods , our farm is located in the middle of the woods in the town of Damiatte in the hamlet of Lacapelle. Managers of a traveling educational farm and an organic chicken farm , Nadège and Xavier welcome you to their farm. You will find yourself in a farm far from the noise and from any road and dwelling with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. You can discover all our animals there: donkeys , ponies , horses , dwarf goats , Ouessant sheep , ducks , geese , dwarf pigs , Gascon pigs , chickens , turkeys , turkeys , rabbits and guinea pigs. In a green and shaded setting you can enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside. The 2 pitches are spacious (about 200m²) and far apart. Shaded most of the day. Private access allows you to reach your location. Accessible to motorhomes , vans and caravans. Electricity on your pitch €2 / night (payment in cash) Our private and secure swimming pool is available free of charge for campers from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Toilets in wooden construction accessible at all times house dry toilets and a washbasin with cold drinking water. We also welcome horseback riders , we have a fenced meadow of 2000m2 adjoining the campsite. Wifi available if needed at home in addition to the 4G network. We can offer you on site: - animal feeding and farm visit. Duration: 1h30 = 3€ / person , in the morning , by reservation. - educational tour of the farm. Duration: 45mn = 2€ / pers. on reservation. - Discovery of ponies , with ride in hand , children and adults. 10€ / pers. on reservation Cash payments on site. - All around our farm many hiking trails will allow you to discover the region. - The village of Lautrec is 20 minutes by car. (Pink garlic from Lautrec , café plum , water park , greenway , etc.) - The Martels garden is 20 minutes away by car. - Many producers in organic agriculture are in the surroundings: market gardening , cheeses (ewe , goats) , peasant beers , biodynamic wine , breeders (poultry , beef , pork...). - The nearest supermarket is in Graulhet about 12 km away Animals accepted (dogs on a leash , waste collection is your responsibility) Breakfasts (on reservation , at the latest the day before before 4:00 p.m.) Campfire prohibited.
