In the beautiful Gailtal - in the border triangle (25km to Italy - 40km to Slovenia) , our orchard with about 40 fruit trees offers space and tranquility as well as a magnificent view of the Julian Alps and the Dobratsch. In the midst of some sheep and chickens , framed by a flower meadow , you can enjoy nature. Our area is in a quiet residential area. There are countless recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity: swimming in the outdoor pool with a slide (within walking distance) , pedal boating on Lake Presseggersee (15 minutes by car - also accessible by bike) , canoeing on the Gail , hiking on the surrounding mountains or perhaps a trip to the sea ( 1.5 hours) or a bit of culture in Villach (0.5 hours). We are happy to help you with leisure tips. The completely fenced property is suitable for both dogs and small children. In the neighboring village you can buy milk and dairy products directly from the farm , and you can get eggs directly from the chicken coop. The orchard is off-road (passable through another meadow) , so the vehicle should have some ground clearance.

Site rules
Please do not leave rubbish or other contaminants. There are no toilet facilities in the garden, so please ALWAYS use your own camping toilet, thank you. Water can be provided after consultation. There are shower facilities in the nearby outdoor pool about 10 minutes' walk away or you can use our garden hose. Campfires are only allowed in secured areas. Please do not feed the sheep! Do not throw away cigarette butts as there is a risk of fire! No loud music or parties please - Thank you

- If canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival, 80% of the nightly rate will be refunded by the supplier.
- If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, 40% of the overnight stay will be refunded by the provider.
- If canceled on the day of arrival, 0% of the accommodation amount will be refunded by the provider.

Freundliche Gastgeberin, Wiese allerdings viel steiler als auf Fotos vermuten lässt. Keile sollte man dabei haben ;)

Ein wirklich sehr ruhig gelegener Platz unter verschiedenen Obstbäumen. Es gibt auch Schafe von nächster Nähe zu betrachten. Natur pur. Eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Buchung. Durch die Unebenheit auf dem gesamten Platz musste ich leider einen Stern abziehen aber dennoch absolut zu empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit.
