During the pandemic, we realized how fortunate we are to live on a large property surrounded by nature. We wanted to share this happiness and are therefore looking forward to our 6th season as hosts! What started in 2020 with 1 pitch and the possibility of using a toilet has developed over the years into one of our favorite pastimes - welcoming great people, some of whom we now count as our friends, on what are now 3 pitches and in a converted trailer! While in the beginning there was only the space and the toilet, we now have electricity everywhere, various water connections and a solar shower outside, as well as a refrigerator, sink and cooking facilities in the house. If you don't like dogs or are bothered by the noise of a cowshed or crowing roosters, you'll probably be happier elsewhere. We ask groups of more than four adults to book elsewhere anyway. However, if you want to set up your motorhome, caravan, tent, roof tent or folding tent in a lively farming community in the cultural landscape of Lower Saxony and relax for a few days, this is the right place. Barbecues, hiking, or geocaching are always possible. The heated outdoor pool (open from May to September) is 2.4 km away. We don't offer garbage disposal. Of course, the chickens always appreciate leftovers, and coffee grounds make excellent fertilizer. Blackwater can be dumped at one of the nearby stations. On weekends, we often have a campfire or barbecue together. These are always great opportunities to catch up with each other. We've made many great memories with our guests! Please plan your stay with us well in advance and book a few days in advance. Even if the system allows for instant same-day booking, we would like to prepare for your visit and may need to accommodate other dates. Since we all work or go to school, we can only welcome you from 4 p.m. on weekdays. On weekends, we are more flexible and can welcome you earlier by arrangement. Therefore, we ask that you let us know approximately when you will arrive so we can ensure someone is home.
