During the pandemic, we realized how lucky we are to live on a large property in nature. We wanted and want to share this happiness and are therefore looking forward to our 5th season as hosts! What started in 2020 with 1 space and the possibility of using a toilet has developed over the years into one of our favorite pastimes - welcoming great people, some of whom we now count as our friends, on what are now 3 pitches and in a converted trailer! At first there was only the space and the toilet, but now we have electricity everywhere, various water connections and a solar shower outside, as well as a refrigerator, sink and cooking facilities in the house. If you don't like dogs, are disturbed by the noise of a cowshed or crowing roosters, you will probably be happier somewhere else. We ask groups with more than 4 people or 2 mobile homes to book elsewhere. If, however, you want to set up your motorhome, caravan, tent, roof tent or folding tent in a lively farming community in the cultural landscape of Lower Saxony and relax for a few days, this is the place for you. If you are travelling alone, you will find a really comfortable bed, chest of drawers, armchair, a few books and no WiFi in the trailer, but plenty of fresh air and relaxation. Barbecues, hiking or geocaching are always possible. To visit the heated outdoor pool (open from May to September) or a grocery store, you need a vehicle. There is no public transport here, apart from the school bus. We do not offer waste disposal. Of course, the chickens are always happy to have leftovers and coffee grounds are a great fertilizer. Black water can be drained at one of the stations in the area. On the weekends we often have a campfire or barbecue together. These are always great opportunities to chat. We have already made many great memories with our guests! Please plan your stay with us well in advance and book a few days in advance. Even if the system allows for instant booking on the same day, we would like to prepare for your visit and possibly take other dates into account. As we all work or go to school, we can only welcome you from 4 p.m. on weekdays. At weekends we are more flexible and can welcome you earlier. We therefore ask you to let us know in advance approximately when you will arrive so that we can make sure that someone is at home. An earlier or later arrival is of course possible by prior arrangement.
