Dogs under 18 and campers are free - uhhhhhm... the other way around 😅 There are several meadow parking spaces to choose from: A) completely secluded, B) secluded or C) somewhat secluded, each by the stream and in a solitary location. You can also position yourself in a secluded spot in the orchard (see description in the picture). You have each of the pitches to yourself/yourselves - the pitches are large enough for several vehicles or tents of any size ⛺️ The pitches are located directly adjacent to a large forest area with numerous hiking and cycling trails. A wide range of sporting activities are available in the surrounding area. Feel free to inquire if you are interested, or simply search online… The thermal baths of Bad Griesbach, Bad Birnbach, and Bad Füssing, part of the Rottal Spa Triangle, are reachable in 10-20 minutes by car. Accordingly, the surrounding area offers a wide range of restaurants to suit every taste 🍻🥨 🥐 🍽🍷☕️, a diverse cultural program 🎭, and legendary natural sites, from the Halmstein to the Teufelsfelsen 🪨 Wikipedia: 'Lower Bavarian Spa Triangle' or 'Rottal' There isn't a campervan dinner I could prepare (which is probably for the best 😂), but there are several Italian restaurants nearby with delivery service, whose cuisine is consistently praised 🍕🥗🍲 Just in case… 😉 The neighbor has a small self-service farm shop: eggs, pasta, potatoes, honey, jam/preserves, elderberry puree, syrup, juices, eggnog, mustard, hemp oil, pumpkin seed oil, pesto and other homemade seasonal delicacies 😋 - the eggs are from free-range chickens in the neighbor's meadow 🐓🥚 Within a short drive, you'll also find well-stocked farm shops and, of course, farmers' markets. Feel free to help yourself to the fruit from the trees and bushes on site 😊 Shops for everyday needs 🧻 and specialty stores are reachable within a 10-15 minute drive (Bad Griesbach, Fürstenzell, Ortenburg, Pocking) or within a 15-25 minute drive (Passau, Pfarrkirchen, Rotthalmünster, Vilshofen). The same applies to sports facilities and leisure centers – excellent cinemas can be found in Bad Füssing and Passau. Baths, saunas, and wellness facilities are also available in Passau (PEB), and there is a sulfur bath in Pilzweg near Fürstenzell. Animals: Dogs etc. are welcome, but please be sure to dispose of dog waste, especially on mowed areas 🙏🏽 Our farm is no longer in operation, so we don't have any livestock.
