About the site
Next to the B&B Timeout, above the woods is the pitch. We are in the countryside a few km from the town with all the essential services. Ancona and Osimo 10km away and the village of Offagna 5'. Excellent starting point with bikes or motorbikes. Cultural, naturalistic or food and wine visits in the surrounding area. Extra breakfast service, swimming pool, barbecue and Beauty Centre with professional massages.

Respect for silence during the night and for the cleanliness and care of the environment. We are Ecofriendly and in addition to recycling, we do not waste energy and detergents that attack the nature that hosts us. Dogs must be kept out of respect for other guests. Access to extra services must be booked and has an additional cost. It is not possible to allow access to strangers other than those who have booked and declared by providing documents and personal details.

Ein schöner Platz auf dem Berg inmitten von grüner Natur. Schönes Badezimmer im Wald mit warmer Dusche. Für den Pool braucht man Badekappen. Kann man bei Vittoria kaufen. Sehr liebenswerte Frau, die alles zeigt und hilfsbereit ist. Danke😊

It is a really wonderful accommodation with a quite fantastic hostess. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is really the right place. The surrounding area is also worth a trip. Vittoria is really super eager to prepare her guests a great time. We were looking forward to the breakfast because of the reviews and we were not disappointed. We would recommend it 100% percent.
