Arrival and departure are possible around the clock. Earliest arrival 12:01 a.m. , latest departure 11:59 p.m. 😉 Dogs under 18 and campers are free - uhhhhhm…. the other way around 😬 The booking period can be extended at any time on site , even spontaneously. Within 24 hours I answer , but if you don't answer open questions within 72 hours. are answered , your booking request will unfortunately be automatically rejected by VanSite 🙆🏻‍♂️ There are several meadow pitches to choose from: A) completely off the beaten track , B) off the beaten track , or C) a little off the beaten track , each on the brook and in a secluded location. You can also move freely in the orchard (see picture description). You have each of the seats exclusively for you. If there are several of you on the road , each space can also accommodate several vehicles of any size or tents ⛺️ The pitches are located right next to a huge forest area with numerous hiking and biking trails. Alpaca hikes are available locally 🦙 The Bad Griesbach , Bad Birnbach and Bad Füssing thermal baths in the Rottal spa triangle can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car. Accordingly , there is extensive gastronomy for every taste in the area 🍻🥨 🥐 🍽🍷☕️ and a diverse cultural program 🎭 as well as legendary natural sites , from Halmstein to Teufelsfelsen. I'm happy to give tips for this too 🤗 Although there is no Womo dinner that I could prepare (it's better that way 😂) , there are several Italians with delivery service nearby , whose cuisine is also consistently praised 🍕🥗🍲 Just in case... 😉 There is a small self-service farm sale on site: eggs , pasta , honey , jam , elderberry butter , syrup , juices , eggnog , mustard , hemp oil , pumpkin seed oil , pesto and other homemade seasonal delicacies 😋 - the eggs are from free range Meadow chickens 🐓🥚 With other , common groceries , you are welcome to help out from the house food. It is also possible to come along to larger farm shops , farmers markets and other shops. Purchases can also be delivered to the site by arrangement. And the fruit trees and bushes bear fruit in abundance - there is enough for everyone 😊 All imaginable shops for everyday needs 🧻 and all common specialist shops , pharmacies 💊 and specialists 🦷 🤒 can be reached in 10 minutes by car (Bad Griesbach , Fürstenzell , Ortenburg). Special specialty shops and clinics in 15-25 minutes by car (Pocking , Passau , Vilshofen). Animals: ... Dogs etc. are welcome , just please dispose of dog poo , especially on the mowed areas 🙏🏽 ... our farm is no longer farmed , so we don't have any livestock. Neighbor's dogs and cats run around freely in the village (all of them cuddling) 🐕 - we also have a cat 🐈 Security: ... the places are flood-safe - the brook always stays in its bed 👍🏽🍀 Mobile phone & WiFi: ... WLAN (real 100Mb / s!) is available free of charge in the courtyard , with covered seating in front of the house. fresh water: ... is available free of charge in the courtyard , own well from a depth of 67m , officially tested water , containing iron and rich in minerals Gray water , black water and waste: ... everything in the yard can be disposed of free of charge. toilet / shower: ... are accessible by arrangement in the residential building if someone is at home Toilet €1 per use Shower €5 per use Washing machine & dryer: ... are also accessible in the residential building when someone is at home 5.-€ per charge Sun & Shade: ... each of the pitches has lush trees , with the most options offering pitches A) and B): there's something for everyone here: plenty of sun for sun-seekers or lovers of shade until well into the afternoon. ... on place C) there is shade until noon , but if you like , you can already have enough sun here in the morning ☀️ 🌈 🤗 ... that shade can only be found near trees on the side facing away from the sun should be clear 😎😅 I'm just saying it , because recently there was a discussion about it , 'the shadow would be gone' 😂 in the rain: ... mostly it works without all-wheel drive , only on place A) all-wheel drive is an advantage in the rain - not a must , if necessary there is a small tractor to pull out - with drivers 🚜 😅 ... who does not have that much experience with meadows: wet grass is just very slippery , that's natural.
