Great spot if you need to stay close to Rome. Everything as exactly as is it is the pictures and description. Emiliano was very helpful als reacha le the whole time. I defenitely recommend!

We had a super quiet night despite the proximity to the road. Emiliano was very accommodating and, despite our late booking, came to show us around.

It was fantastic! Emiliano is a wonderful host and gave us a warm welcome. We were allowed to park in the yard behind the gate, used the electricity without any problems, and even got some eggs from him :) The road didn't bother us at all (hardly any cars drive by at night). We extended our stay :)

Super friendly hosts, a great place to stay for Rome (about a 40-minute train ride). We were allowed to park behind the fence in the courtyard, which was locked and monitored. We were given our own key so we could come and go at any time. Storm and fresh water were also no problem. Thanks alot.
