About the site
The parking space is located in a quiet and idyllic setting outside the small village of Haslach, directly near our greenhouses with our Demeter raspberries. From here you have a beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards and the Ortenau landscape. 🌿🍇 In the small village of Haslach there is also a very good bakery that is easily accessible. A beautiful, quiet spot surrounded by nature – yet not far from shopping facilities and the village.

🌿 Welcome to our Demeter organic farm We are delighted that you are choosing to stay with us. Our campsite is located in the heart of our farm. To ensure the comfort of our guests, our family, and our staff, and to avoid disrupting our daily work, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules: 🚐 Parking Space & Vehicles - Please use only the parking space assigned to you. Please do not park vehicles and motorhomes on agricultural land, roads or in front of greenhouses. - Agricultural roads must remain clear for tractors and other vehicles at all times. Please drive slowly and with extra care in the courtyard. 🌱 Respect for our agriculture - Please do not enter any fields, greenhouses or cultivated areas without our express permission. Our plants and fruits are part of our farm. Please do not pick or harvest anything. - Please do not touch or use agricultural machinery, equipment, boxes and other operating resources. - Please observe barriers and signs. 🧹 Cleanliness & Waste Please leave your parking space clean and tidy. Waste must be disposed of exclusively in the designated containers. - Please do not leave cigarette butts, food or other waste on the premises. Wastewater, chemical toilets, or other liquids must not be disposed of on the property, in the ground, or in nature. Please use only the designated facilities for this purpose. 🔇 Peace & consideration - We ask for mutual consideration. - Please avoid loud music, parties and unnecessary noise. - Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. - Even during the day, we ask that you respect the peace and quiet on our farm and in the surrounding area. 🔥 Fire & Grill - Open fires are not allowed anywhere on the property. Barbecuing is only permitted if it has been expressly allowed and local conditions permit it. - In dry conditions or when there is an increased risk of forest fires, grilling may be completely prohibited. 🐕 Dogs & Pets Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash in the courtyard. - Please do not let your dog run around freely unattended. Dog feces must be removed immediately. - Please keep dogs away from our fields and agricultural areas. 🚸 Children Children are very welcome on our farm. Please note that a farm is an active working environment. Agricultural machinery, vehicles, greenhouses, and other operational areas can pose hazards. Therefore, children must not be left unsupervised in agricultural areas. 🛒 Farm shop & products - Our farm products can be purchased directly from us, if available. Please respect that our fields and crops are not a self-service area. ⚠️ Safety - Please note that the parking space is located on an active farm. - Agricultural work can begin early in the morning and may involve machinery, noise, or delivery traffic. - Please follow the instructions of our farm staff. ❤️ Our wish for you We want to offer our guests a pleasant, peaceful stay amidst our farm. At the same time, we need to be able to manage our farm on a daily basis. Anyone who respects our nature, our agriculture and the work on the farm is very welcome here. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
