Site rules
1) Respect private and yard areas Please do not enter any residential, work or storage areas, as well as barns, stables and other buildings without prior permission. 2) Quiet hours from 10 pm From 10:00 PM onwards, please be considerate of other guests, residents, and animals. No loud music or loud gatherings. 3) Leave sanitary facilities clean Please leave the toilet and shower as you would like to find them. Dispose of waste in the designated bins. 4) Drive slowly in the yard Please drive at walking speed or very slowly. 5) Keep the parking space clean Please take all trash, cigarette butts and other litter with you or dispose of it in the designated containers, *only by prior arrangement*. 6) Fires and barbecues only by prior arrangement Open fires, fire bowls and barbecues are only permitted in designated areas and after prior arrangement. 7) No wastewater or toilet disposal in nature or on the campsite. 8) Respect for nature and farm operations Please do not damage plants, open fences or enter agricultural areas. 9) Visitors only by prior arrangement Please coordinate any additional persons or vehicles with us in advance. 10) Follow the instructions If you have any questions or uncertainties, just ask us.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
