Site rules
House rules – Donauleiten Heights 1. Please treat our farm, nature and all facilities with care. 2. Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, we ask you to be considerate of other guests, neighbors, and our animals. 3. Dogs: Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash in the yard and near our animals. Please clean up after your dog. 4. Open fires: Open fires are only permitted after prior agreement with us. In case of increased risk of forest or grass fires, open fires may be prohibited for safety reasons. 5. Barbecuing: Barbecuing is generally permitted. Please be mindful of the weather, dry conditions, and your surroundings. 6. Cigarettes: Please do not throw cigarette butts on the grass or into nature. Out of consideration for the environment, animals, and for fire safety reasons, these belong in the trash can. 7. Waste: Please dispose of your waste properly and leave your pitch clean. 8. Children: Children use the courtyard and play areas under the supervision of their parents. 9. Farm animals: Please respect our animals and only feed them after prior arrangement. Location
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
