About the site
The parking space is located on my property in a green area, about 20 meters from the road. The road is ordinary and relatively quiet. Our beautiful Lake Geiseltal is a 10-minute walk away. A hiking and cycling trail, approximately 26 km long, circles the lake. It passes Marina Mücheln, Marina Braunsbedra with its pier, and leads through the vineyards, offering fantastic views. In Frankleben, kiosks invite you to linger, and the lake is perfect for swimming. At Stöbnitz beach, where admission is free, there are areas for swimmers, non-swimmers, and nudists, as well as restaurants and a playground. Freyburg, Naumburg, Halle, and Leipzig can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Site rules
My most important rule is respect for every living being, nature, and the property of others. Loud music and parties are not permitted after 10 p.m. Please separate your trash before disposal. I think it goes without saying that there should be no trash or cigarette butts on the lawn.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
