Respect Nature * Leave no trace – please take all rubbish with you or use the designated bins. * Respect the trees, plants and wildlife. * Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Fire Safety (Very Important) * No open fires, campfires or fire pits. * No barbecues or charcoal grills unless specifically permitted. * No fireworks, lanterns or any naked flames. * No smoking in the woodland areas. * Never throw cigarette butts on the ground. Please use a portable ashtray or dispose of them safely. Your Pitch * Stay within your allocated area. * Drive slowly (maximum 10 km/h) to protect children, pets and wildlife. * Please avoid unnecessary driving around the site. Pets * Dogs are welcome. * Please keep dogs under control and clean up after them. Respect Others * Give everyone plenty of space and privacy. * No loud music or parties. Waste & Water * Please use the designated waste disposal areas. * Do not empty grey or black water onto the ground. * Use fresh water responsibly, especially during the summer months. Safety * Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times. * Be aware that this is a natural environment with uneven ground, insects and wildlife. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
