About the site
Our quiet motorhome pitches, situated in a village setting, are located on a fenced private property with ample green space and a touch of old industrial charm. The site is on the outskirts of Pretzsch/Elbe (Bad Schmiedeberg) and serves as the gateway to the Düben Heath. Shops and a playground are located directly in the village. The Elbe River is in the immediate vicinity. We now also offer electricity via CEE (camping) connection up to 16A from €2.50 Currently, we do not offer sanitary facilities, a kitchen, or water and waste disposal. Therefore, our offer is currently only suitable for travelers with 100% self-sufficient motorhomes including a bathroom and toilet. However, we are already working on expanding our offerings.

Agreement (confirmed booking) allowed. Overnight stays are also subject to a visitor's tax (https://www.badschmiedeberg.de/rechtsgrundlagen/1/52009/g%C3%A4stebeitragssatzung.html). This visitor's tax is already included in the prices shown. In the designated area for overnight guests, seating is unassigned. Please take Please be considerate of other guests. The owner may assign a different seat if there is a legitimate reason. No permanent structures, alterations, substructures, fences, etc. are permitted in, on, or around the parking spaces. Vehicles may not be erected. It is also not permitted to dig trenches on the site. Quiet hours are in effect daily between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Additionally, there is an evening quiet period daily from [time missing in original text]. 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On Saturdays, there is a midday rest period from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and on Sundays and... Public holidays are observed as a day of rest on Sundays.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
