🌙 Where fox and hare say goodnight - pure nature and peace. A secluded pitch nestled between rolling meadows and tranquil forests, with sweeping panoramic views. Arrive, take a deep breath, and unwind. 🌿 Parking space Surrounded by expansive pastures, where a herd of cows graze from time to time, you'll have the space of your own – the nearest neighbor's house is over 150 meters away. Your spot is located at an elevation of 550 meters, right next to our rarely used holiday home. We hope you appreciate this place as much as we do – as a little break from everyday life. Sometimes we enjoy our first coffee outside, gazing over the valley, where fog occasionally gathers. With a bit of luck, a deer might appear in the grass during breakfast, or an imposing hawk might circle the sky. In the evening, the birdsong fades, and a fox calls in the silence. At night, a sparkling starry sky stretches above you - due to the low light pollution, it is often so clear that you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. ⚡ Equipment • Own power connection - 20 m away • Well water for exclusive use (no drinking water, garden hose) • Stable Wi-Fi (15 Mbit/s) – suitable for streaming & video calls in HD The parking space is located at the end of a paved, straight dirt road – quiet and secluded. 📍 Surroundings Despite its secluded location, it's easily accessible, with two motorways nearby: 17 km to the A93 (Regnitzlosau) and 18 km to the A72 (Plauen South). From here, you can ideally combine nature, culture, and leisure activities: ➡️ Bad Elster (8 km): Healing springs, salt thermal baths & King Albert Theatre ➡️ Adorf (8 km): Botanical Garden & Miniature Landscape "Little Vogtland" ➡️ Schöneck (17 km): Ski & Bike World with 260 km of cycling and MTB trails ➡️ Untreusee (27 km): Swimming, water sports, climbing park, mini golf & beer garden You can start hikes directly from the campsite via the downhill path (please use this path only – adjacent areas are private property). The 14th stage of the "Erzgebirge-Vogtland" ridge trail runs not far from the campsite. You can shop in Bad Elster or Adorf; just across the border in the Czech Republic (4 km) there is a restaurant, pharmacy, hairdresser, and a Travel Free Shop with a gas station. 🚙 Directions The access road leads 200 meters uphill along a paved road. It's easily accessible for standard motorhomes and campervans – only very low-slung vehicles should be careful when turning.
