Check-in is strictly between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. After this time, access will not be permitted unless prior written agreement is made. 2. Check-out must be done by 11:00 am to ensure adequate turnover of spaces. 3. Pets are allowed only if they are quiet, supervised, and kept on a leash. Disturbances to others' peace and quiet are not tolerated. 4. Lighting fires outside the designated area is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your stay. 5. Silence must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for the common peace. 6. Proper waste management is essential: strict use of recycling bins is required. Any form of littering will be penalized. 7. It is prohibited to wash dishes, clothes or personal items outside the authorized areas. 8. Access is permitted only to vehicles and persons duly registered with the management. 9. Respect for nature, the rural context and other guests is an essential condition for your stay. 10. Drinking water must be used with environmental responsibility. Waste, improper use, or prolonged use are strictly prohibited, under penalty of immediate service interruption. 11. Management reserves the right to remove without notice anyone who does not scrupulously observe these regulations.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
