About the site
The parking space is located on the right side of the driveway, surrounded by mature trees that provide pleasant shade and shelter in the summer. Directly adjacent is a beautiful forest that invites you to take walks and long hikes – easily accessible directly from the farm. Opposite the property flows the Luleå River, providing a refreshing dip in the summer. A picturesque natural beach with a barbecue area is about a 40-minute walk away – ideal for swimming in the summer and, for the brave, even ice bathing in the winter. A collective is currently being established on the farm itself and will be lovingly managed in the future: horses will soon be living here, bees and chickens will follow, and a vegetable garden is planned. The goal is community and a life in connection with nature. Hammocks and a barbecue area are available for guests – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

Site rules
Guests are welcome to use the farm's outdoor areas. Restroom use is by prior arrangement. When using the barbecue area, please ensure that the fire is completely extinguished. The area must be left clean and tidy – no trash, especially packaging from barbecued food, is allowed. Designated trash cans are provided for this purpose. Please note: The collective is generally reserved for residents. Night rest: 22:00-07:00

Really great hosts. Place is very spacey, you can even use the sauna, if you inform the owners beforehand
