About the site
Momart is the hilltop village of Bad König. Since 2023, overnight stays at the Old Oak Tree have been prohibited, so we would like to offer the opportunity to at least stay nearby. Our property is located in the tranquil village center, surrounded by three quiet streets. Adjacent to the barn, the pitch is shaded by a large conifer. A playground, restaurants, and panoramic views are within walking distance in just a few minutes. We can't see the pitch from the house, so you have plenty of peace and quiet. Unpacking a table and chairs and sitting in the garden is no problem. Hanging up a hammock, go ahead! The Momart Oak Natural Monument and the circular hiking trails are 900 meters away. On Saturdays and Sundays, there's even a bread roll delivery service from the bakery in the next village; just order in advance. I'm happy to help.

Sauna in the barn
My sauna is in the barn. It's not the newest, but it's very well maintained and big enough for three people. It has a relaxation area, but it's rustic under clay roof tiles. A barn, after all. You can cool off in the garden in the bathtub or under a hose or bucket. Feel free to discuss it on-site so you don't have to commit to anything beforehand. I can lend you sauna accessories.

Da es auf dem bisherigen Parkplatz oben an der Eiche mittlerweile ausdrücklich verboten ist zu campen, ist das hier eine gute Ausweichmöglichkeit, wo man dazu noch Strom und Wasser auffüllen kann. Ansonsten ist der Stellplatz recht rustikal, Stefan und seine Familie sind super nett, lassen einem aber seine Privatsphäre.
