About the site
The 3 pitches are located directly on a paddock which ends at a lake with private lake access (fenced) near our grounds in the "Ferienparadies Schneidemühle" Electricity/water/sanitary facilities optional and for a fee. Our site is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District on the border with Brandenburg. Berlin (approx. 80km) and the Baltic Sea (approx. 140km) are also accessible for day trips.

Super quiet campsite for anyone who wants pure nature and absolute peace and quiet. A wonderful spot and starting point for fantastic hikes. In addition, there are great, relaxed hosts who give you a warm welcome. We didn't miss anything, we will definitely come back! Thank you for the lovely time!

Thank you very much, you two are wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this lovingly designed place. The toilet and shower were very clean and modern. We were alone, so we had enough space for our needs.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Very friendly hosts and a great infrastructure. It's a shame I was just passing through; I would have loved to stay here for two more nights. I'll definitely be back. Around 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, a local bakery pulls up right next to the campsite. Be prepared for a brief chorus of honks, grab your money, and sprint to the van. Surprisingly, it was a great start to the day.

A great spot in the middle of peaceful and beautiful nature with super friendly and helpful hosts. We were the only ones there and really enjoyed it! We'd love to come back soon ✌️

Beautiful campsite in a fantastic location amidst the lake landscape. We felt absolutely at home. We wish Alexandra and Volker all the best and lots of perseverance for their gigantic project.
