About the site
Welcome to our welcoming Manivera camper stop area located on the historic Via Flaminia in the municipality of Rignano Flaminio a few km from Rome reachable by bus with a stop outside the structure. Our area offers 20 spacious pitches immersed in the tranquility of nature, providing a perfect modern and rustic comfort. We offer a range of services, including electricity and drinking water on the pitch, waste disposal area grey and black water (not nautical), barbecue area and wifi. The surrounding area offers a rich history and natural beauty to explore. We invite you to enjoy the tranquility of our property, hoping to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Parking is permitted only in designated spaces. Campers must be parked in the starting position. It is forbidden to keep the camper engine running or use power generators. Do not discharge liquids on the ground. Nautical discharge is not permitted. Discharge of grey water and toilet cassette is permitted. It is forbidden to modify, alter or damage systems, equipment and the state of the premises. Guests must maintain order and cleanliness, placing waste in the appropriate containers. No open fires allowed. Management provides brick barbecues. Minors must be under the supervision of responsible adults, who are responsible for any damage. Pets are allowed under the owner's supervision, as long as they are not annoying or aggressive. They must be kept on a leash and their droppings must be picked up. The facility is not responsible for vandalism or theft of objects left in parked campers.

Massimiliano hat uns herzlich mit einem Geschenkekorb (Gemüse und Haselnüsse aus seinem Garten) empfangen. Er hat mit seinem Platz für uns zur Durchreise alles angeboten, was wir brauchten - Entsorgung, Frischwasser und Strom direkt am Platz. Luxus für uns. Der Ort ist sehr gepflegt, Massimiliano hat den Platz neu errichtet und man sieht seine Leidenschaft dafür! Wir hatten Sorge wegen der Lautstärke der Bahn und der nahen Landstraße, das war aber absolut unbegründet. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Man hört lediglich die Hühner und weiteren Tiere aus den umliegenden Gärten. Wir können den Platz absolut empfehlen!

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
