The parking space is located on a hillside amidst orchards in the countryside... about 60m from our farm with a view of the Rhine valley and Strasbourg. It can be reached via a well-graveled path. We have 3 parking spaces! Van Site offers 2 parking spaces. The total price quoted also includes the standard tourist tax of €4 per vehicle with two people in Kappelrodeck. This is new for 2026! - please fill out the form upon arrival. We offer you a pitch with a beautiful view amidst Kappelrodeck's vineyards and orchards. You can see Strasbourg Cathedral from the pitch, so you have a direct view of the Rhine Valley. This pitch is also advertised on other platforms... therefore, it's possible that when you arrive, someone will already be there... Or you'll be there and someone else will arrive... When you leave the parking area... please reverse the vehicle and push the rear end towards the road... then turn the drive axle on the downhill side to the right towards my yard... Then back onto the level path... Now you can easily drive off to the road 🙋🍀 I also keep a handwritten calendar in which I enter all bookings. Therefore, it is possible that when you arrive, someone who has booked in advance from another platform will already be there, or it is possible that another motorhome will arrive later that same day. Occasionally, we may receive spontaneous arrivals from motorhomes on weekends... looking for a place to stay. In such cases, if places are already occupied, we will decide spontaneously in consultation with you how to proceed. If that suits you, then feel free to book this spot 🙋🍀. We bake whole-grain Dinnede (flatbread) from wheat and spelt whole-grain flour... Our classic version is of course topped with bacon, cream and onions. We run a small winery, a distillery, and a restaurant that is open all year round. The opening hours are currently Wed. - Thurs. & Fridays from 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM. You can end the evening with a glass of wine, watch the sunset, and later in the night count the stars. Wine, sparkling wine, fine brandies, liqueurs, and blueberries are available for purchase directly from us. Also freshly baked rolls (whole grain made from wheat and spelt). The nearest shopping facilities are only a 12-15 minute walk away. In the village itself we also have an outdoor swimming pool, which is super easy to reach by bike. The area itself is also ideal for hiking and cycling. You are welcome to use the restroom during the day and during our opening hours. The restaurant is also open on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays (from 4pm) and Saturdays and Sundays (from 12pm). We look forward to seeing you :-)
