Hello, I welcome you to my 3000m2 garden. One small part is shaded, the other is not. Sanitary facilities, shower, and electricity are available at my home. (Plans for construction outside are underway.) Dogs welcome. We also have a very friendly dog. Unfenced garden. And a swimming pool to share with us. All in a friendly, family atmosphere. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
