About the site
We describe our home as a "little paradise." Our home, which we would like to share with you, is located between the Iller River and the Iller Canal. Behind our house, on an open space of approximately 1500 m², is our lovingly restored caravan. You can use a refreshing shower and the toilet in our holiday apartment. There's so much to discover here: our two pigs, chickens, and horses. Upon request, you can also spend time with and on the horses. Or enjoy the scenery with a ride on our "Dempflebahn" (Dempfle Railway). There are also great swimming lakes in our area, which are quickly accessible by bike. The Cobi mini golf course with a kiosk is located nearby. You can reach the train station on foot in about 7 minutes. (Train time to Memmingen is 8 minutes, Ulm can be reached in half an hour)

Respect for people, animals, and nature is our top priority. We also expect this from our guests. Since not all of our four-legged friends can tolerate everything, please do not feed animals without asking. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Breakfast basket
Upon request, you can have a breakfast basket delivered to your caravan. Fresh rolls, eggs from our own chickens—which you'll definitely get to know :) Jam, honey, butter, cheese, and coffee
Pony time
We'll groom the horses together. Then we'll decorate them with colorful finger paints. We'll then ride along the Iller River on horseback. Total duration: approximately 1 hour
Tourist train ride along the Iller
The Dempflebahn steam train takes you along the Iller River. Our trip lasts approximately 25 minutes.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
