About the site
Welcome to CASACOCCÒ, our Agri-Host is located at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains and the picturesque village of San Ginesio, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the beauties of the territory. We are located at 680 m above sea level, within the Sibillini Mountains National Park. There are many points of interest nearby, such as Lake Fiastra, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges with the hermitage of San Leonardo, Castelluccio di Norcia with its splendid flowering, the red blades called the Grand Canyon of the Marche, the Frasassi caves, Recanati, home of Giacomo Leopardi and for lovers of the sea, the splendid waters of the Conero Riviera just 60 kilometers away and, 35 kilometers away, the nightlife of Civitanova Marche. Thanks to its elevated position, the panorama ranges from the Conero to the Umbria-Marche Apennines, with the view of Monte San Vicino, of the entire of the Sibillini mountains (such as Monte Vettore, Cima del Redentore, Monte Sibilla, Monte Porche, Monte Priora, Pizzo Berro, Pizzo Tre Vescovi, Monte Rotondo) reaching up to Monte Ascensione and Gran Sasso, wonderful places for walks, trekking and cycling routes: for this reason San Ginesio is also called "the balcony of the Sibillini" Our completely new Garden Sharing, both for campers and as tent pitches, offers all the comforts you will need for a pleasant holiday immersed in nature. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi, cool off and have fun in our swimming pool, with a panoramic view of the Sibillini Mountains, you will have access to water, both for general uses and as drinking water. To store your food, we provide a shared fridge. The toilets and the bathroom, although shared, guarantee maximum cleanliness and comfort. In addition, a washing machine is available for your laundry. You can enjoy meals outdoors using the outdoor tables and the Barbecue. You can use, separately, a refreshment point with KM Zero products, both for a delicious breakfast and for meals, taking advantage of and enjoying the delicacies offered by our territory. Car parking is included, pets are accepted.

A warm welcome to a beautiful site with a view. All the amenities were there, just like a 5-star hotel. We would happily give it more stars. There are so many excursions in the surrounding area. We received so many tips that we're eager to come back. The lovely evenings spent with our hosts exceeded all expectations. You should plan on staying here for two to three days or more. It's hard to find the right words, we were so overwhelmed by the positive impressions! We had such a wonderful stay at Casacoccò. We were welcomed with open arms, and when we left two days later, it felt more like leaving our own family than just a campsite. The campsite itself is very nice with a great view. The bathroom in the adjoining house offers all the comforts you could wish for. Whether the pitch, the bathroom, the house, the entire complex is spotlessly clean. On the property, there is a twelve-week-old dog named Hugo, a few cats, chickens, turtles, and a parrot – the latter greets and says goodbye in the traditional way. Our dogs were warmly welcomed and even received a small gift. People often write that they will come back, but here we are sure that we will definitely come back. Organize your camper, and when mom invites you to dinner with her pasta, you've arrived. You can also help with the cooking. It's incredibly easy to tell stories over a bottle of wine. Such hospitality is extremely rare. A visit is highly recommended. I'll be back.

The campsite is fantastic, with a beautiful view of a few small hills. When the sun shines, you get sun all day long. The pool is lovely and very clean. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, making this place an exceptionally wonderful experience. We would come back anytime. 😊

Great place, clean, well-maintained, and everything you need. The mother gave us a warm welcome. Unfortunately, communication in Italian was difficult. It's a shame, she was a really nice, warm lady.
