About the site
Cascina Mottainai is happy to have you on board! In our completely offgrid land you can stop for one or more nights with your tent or your minivan. We are located on the first hills outside Bologna, at about 200 meters above sea level, along the border with the Parco Naturale dei Gessi e dei Calanchi. Our land can accommodate 1-2 minivans at a time, plus any tents for those traveling by bike or car. We are at the end of an uphill dirt road, so we recommend coming only with small vehicles (maximum 6 meters). Silence guaranteed, no traffic, no light pollution and lots of wild animals to observe :)

Our time at Roberto's place was greate. A little heaven off the grid. Nothing bad to say, fully recommened. Only Regret is that we had to leave quite early.

Roberto hat uns lieb begrüßt und sein wunderbares Anwesen gezeigt. Derzeit wird noch hier und da gebastelt. Es wird aber ein Paradies für outdoormenschen. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und konnten gut entschleunigen. Vielen Dank!!!

Ein wunderschöner Platz, wir haben gleich nach der ersten Nacht nochmal um 2 verlängert. Mitten im Wald, schöne Sonnenuntergänge, saubere Sanitäranlagen. Freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns gleich zu Beginn viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben hat.
