Il Prugno contorto is a pleasant, quiet retreat in the countryside, yet conveniently located for city breaks. I offer a spot for a camper or tent in my private, 2,000-square-meter garden, well-shaded, and with the option of a washing machine (extra, for a fee). In Lovoleto (600 meters) you'll find a pharmacy, a restaurant, and a bus stop for Bologna and Ferrara; 1 km away (in San Marino di Bentivoglio) you'll find a bar, pizzeria, trattoria, bakery, newsagent, playground, and a lovely public park where you can relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A grocery store is located in Bentivoglio (5 km). A spa with sauna, whirlpool, and Turkish bath is 3 km away. Outdoor swimming pools are nearby in summer. The grounds are grassy for tents and gravel for campers. Campers up to 8 meters in length are accepted. The entire garden is fenced. Shared laundry facilities are available for €5, including detergent. You will have a SMALL bathroom, with toilet, hot shower and hot water, inside a garage You have a private, sheltered dining area with a sink (cold water), but you can sit anywhere in the garden. A cold outdoor shower is available. Dogs and cats are welcome. I can provide a small gas barbecue, including the gas tank. A private refrigerator is available in the garage, and clothes drying rack is available. Arrival times are to be agreed upon, preferably after 8:00 PM or during the lunch break. Smoking is permitted in the open spaces. Pets are welcome to roam free, provided they are kept calm. Defiling the garden is prohibited. Paper, glass, and plastic are collected separately. Guests are responsible for disposing of unsorted waste.
