About the site
Close to nature, right on the edge of the forest, near the Ems-Jade Canal, 6 km from the town of Aurich. Forest in front, pasture and moorland with a gravel pit lake in the back, etc. If you want to unwind and say goodnight to the fox and the hare, this is the place for you. Private campsite with toilet/shower container, water/electricity hookups. Wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, and chill house can be booked optionally on-site. Boat tours on our boat can also be booked on-site. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, as we have two dogs, a donkey, a pony, chickens, and a cat. Barbecues and campfires (wood available on-site for a small fee). No problem! Unfortunately, this option is not available at Van Side! Note: Additional children aged 5-10 = €8/night..... 10 years and older = €10/night Please do not book the wellness area via the platform...This is only possible on-site! (as already described) Please refer to the price list for all prices shown in the photos/images!

Ein sehr schöner Stellplatz, ruhig gelegen und mit stabilem, ebenen Untergrund. Auch der Duschcontainer erfüllt seinen Zweck. Lediglich das Waschbecken zum Abwaschen könnte noch überdacht und mit warmen Wasser ausgestattet sein.

Schöner, ruhiger Platz, der neben Wasser und Strom auch eine super saubere Dusche und Toilette und ein WLAN bietet. Fredi und seine Frau sind nette, sympathische Leute. Die anderen Angebote wie Feuerstelle, Sauna, ... gabe ich nicht genutzt und kann daher nichts dazu sagen. Aber auch diese Dinge sehen, wie das ganze Anliegen sehr ordentlich und gepflegt aus. Ich habe mir den Platz gemerkt und werde sicherlich wiederkommen. 👍

Fredi hat uns Freundlich und Höflich Empfangen. Der Stellplatz ist sehr sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Alles hat seinen Platz. Sanitäre Anlagen waren sehr sauber. Der Platz ist super ruhig, kein Straßen Lärm oder sonstiges. Natur pur! Beleuchtung in der Nacht gut vorhanden auf dem ganzen Areal und sehr angenehmen. Wir hatten zum Abend noch die Überraschung für die kleine ein Pferd streicheln zu dürfen. Die gute Nacht Geschichte war damit vom Tisch den Abend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, die Ausstattung ist TOP und die Lage sehr ruhig - so wie wir es mögen.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
