About the site
The pitch is located next to the Timeout B&B, above the woods. We're in the countryside, just a few kilometers from the town center with all essential services. Ancona and Osimo are 10 kilometers away, and the village of Offagna is 5 minutes away. A great base for bikes or motorcycles. Cultural, nature, and food and wine tours are available nearby. For additional services, please ask at the property.

Respect for silence during the night and for the cleanliness and care of the environment. We are Ecofriendly and in addition to recycling, we do not waste energy and detergents that attack the nature that hosts us. Dogs must be kept out of respect for other guests. Access to extra services must be booked and has an additional cost. It is not possible to allow access to strangers other than those who have booked and declared by providing documents and personal details.

Sehr tolles Grundstück. Abgeschirmter Stellplatz mit allem was man benötigt. Der Weg zur Toilette/Dusche beträgt ca 75m. Teils steil. Top gepflegt und funktioniert alles. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Der Platz an sich ist wunderschön, die Außendusche im Wald war etwas ganz Besonderes. Allerdings waren wir vom Frühstück sehr enttäuscht. Die dargebotene Auswahl war überschaubar, und rechtfertigte in keiner Weise den bezahlten Preis. Der Frühstücksraum hat nichts mit dem Foto vom Portfolio zu tun, ganz im Gegenteil, ein dunkler muffiger Raum. Dieser letzte Umstand hat uns zur vorzeitigen Abreise bewegt, schade. Vittoria ist so nett und die Anlage hat viel Potential, es ist noch ausbaufähig.

che bella casa in tutta pace! Vittoria è una persona molto cortese ed ospitale. la doccia e il bagno erano molto puliti. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e abbiamo trascorso una notte tranquilla. grazie per la gentilezza

Vittoria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Der Stellplatz ist ruhig und man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht. Strom, Frischwasser, Dusche, WC und ein Abwaschplatz mit warmen Wasser sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es fehlt einem an nix, also schaut auf jeden Fall mal vorbei 😉

Ein schöner Platz auf dem Berg inmitten von grüner Natur. Schönes Badezimmer im Wald mit warmer Dusche. Für den Pool braucht man Badekappen. Kann man bei Vittoria kaufen. Sehr liebenswerte Frau, die alles zeigt und hilfsbereit ist. Danke😊
