About the site
The pitch is located next to the Timeout B&B, above the woods. We're in the countryside, just a few kilometers from the town center with all essential services. Ancona and Osimo are 10 kilometers away, and the village of Offagna is 5 minutes away. A great base for bikes or motorcycles. Cultural, nature, and food and wine tours are available nearby. For additional services, please ask at the property.

Respect for silence during the night and for the cleanliness and care of the environment. We are Ecofriendly and in addition to recycling, we do not waste energy and detergents that attack the nature that hosts us. Dogs must be kept out of respect for other guests. Access to extra services must be booked and has an additional cost. It is not possible to allow access to strangers other than those who have booked and declared by providing documents and personal details.

Very nice property. A secluded parking space with everything you need. The walk to the toilet/shower is about 75 meters. It's steep in places. It's well maintained and everything works. We'd love to come back.
Vittoria offered me a good place to stay overnight. I even had a roof over me, so the plenty of rain didn’t cause any harm to my tent. Thanks for the good place. BR, Denis
A beautiful spot on the mountain surrounded by greenery. A lovely bathroom in the forest with a warm shower. Swimming caps are required for the pool, but you can buy them from Vittoria. A very friendly lady who shows you everything and is helpful. Thank you.
The place itself is beautiful, and the outdoor shower in the forest was something very special. However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The selection offered was limited and in no way justified the price paid. The breakfast room bore no resemblance to the photo in the portfolio; quite the opposite: a dark, musty room. This last circumstance prompted us to leave early, which is a shame. Vittoria is so nice, and the property has a lot of potential; it still has room for improvement.
