You can book breakfast and dinner, taste my wines, and purchase vegetables from my garden and other homemade products. For your comfort, the pitch is equipped with electricity, fresh water, a toilet, and the option of using a washing machine. Your four-legged friends are also welcome. Explore the Surrounding Area: Cividale del Friuli Cycle Path: Ideal for cycling enthusiasts, it offers breathtaking views of the region. Très bon accueil, lieu loin de la circulation et du bruit. Une seule salle de bain (douche + WC) dans une chambre dédiée. Nous étions seuls, donc nous avions une salle de bain rien que pour nous. Nous y retournerons volontiers la prochaine fois que nous passons dans la région.

es ist rustikal, als Stellplatz noch schattenlos, die Bäumchen im Aufwuchs. Wir haben bis zu 8 Womos gezählt, beliebig über eine große, nicht ganz ebene Wiese verteilt. Strom über Kabelboxen, man hilft einander, wenn das eigene Kabel nicht reicht. Waschen und Dusche sind der Engpass: ein Bad für alle - und es gibt poweruser, die einen davor lange zappeln lassen. Frau Cencig sehr bemüht, backt Brot, an das man sich gewöhnen muss. Der eigene Biohauswein ist ok. Die warme Küche Fr Sa So kann man schon mal in Anspruch nehmen. Von einem Stern im Michelin aber weit entfernt. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen, ist eher einfach. Warum waren wir hier: Ausgangspunkt für drei schöne Radtouren mit dem e-bike in Dörfern ohne Tourismus, verschlafene Region und so gut wie kein Verkehr auf den Landstraßen. Radwege gibt es kaum. Resumee: mehr als ein Stellplatz, weniger als ein Campingplatz. Und weit weg vom Tourismus.

Wir hatten zwei super Nächte mit einem feinen Nachtessen und Frühstück sowie leckerem Wein für die Weiterreise. Wenn das Wetter noch gut gewesen wäre hätten 6 Sterne vergeben. Super saubere Toilette und Dusche.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy.
