About the site
An oasis of peace, away from the usual tourist crowds. Authentically embedded in the wonderful landscape between sea and mountains, on the coast between Milazzo and Tindari. On our property you can just chill out, read a book, listen to the birds and crickets or swim against the current in the pool or just enjoy the hot whirlpool (SPA, heated at 36°C from 15 March to 30 October, adults only) We have prepared three pitches for travellers. Pitch 1 (max. 7.5m) and 2 (max. 6.5m) are partially shaded in the olive grove. Pitch 3 is located under a mighty rosa peppercorn tree, is fully shaded and suitable for small to medium-sized vans. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your tent. Whether active or passive, we offer you a colourful bouquet of options. We are also happy to help you plan all kinds of explorations, bike tours, hikes, or trips to the beautiful beaches in the area. If you like, you can also book aqua fitness sessions at the pool or even a dance course with us. Anyone who enjoys hands-on work is welcome to take part in one of our projects. Feel free to ask us ... We like community, good food, going on discovery tours by foot, bike or car), gardening, dancing and much more ... Our vision: A dream emerges slowly and with the necessary leisure. Having time for life is our motto. Work hard but enjoy every moment. The fee also includes the waste fee. Without exception, waste must be strictly separated according to: Plastic packaging and cans (YELLOW), clean paper, carton (BLUE), glass (GREEN), food scraps filled into compostable bags (BROWN) and residual waste (BLACK). Only transparent bags may be used. Organic waste (only processing waste) may be thrown into one of the composters. ** We have our own bio-sewage treatment plant according to «Imhoff». Only the offered special toilet paper may be used. Absolutely prohibited are Hygiene articles of all kinds (diapers, facial tissues, pads, tampons, cotton swabs and pads, etc.) but also cigarettes, oils and fats, aggressive cleaning agents and solvents as well as food residues. The emptying of chemical toilets, grey water as well as holding tanks is unfortunately not possible and should be avoided at all costs. Other if you handle your toilet with biological means. Speak with us! The grounds are protected by a wall all the way around. For your safety, we ask that you keep the main gate, and all other gates always closed. Insurance is generally the responsibility of the visitors. Our place is growing but some things are not finished. For this reason, our oasis is NOT suitable for children younger than 14 years. As usual in Sicily nothing is perfect. We are still working on our oasis. And Finally: Football games, climbing and hanging laundry on the trees are not allowed (you are welcome to wash laundry in our spacious laundry room and hang it up to dry. And remember: The garden is our food. Feel free to ask us if you'd like to try a fruit or vegetable.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable.
