About the site
Parking space between meadows and fields with a view of the valley. Our farm is a family-run agricultural business on the outskirts of the Brothers Grimm town of Steinau an der Straße, located on the old Via Regia trade route. Reservoir, outdoor pool, stalactite cave, castle, Brothers Grimm Museum, old town as well as a leisure park and climbing park in the immediate vicinity

Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir hatten eine schöne ruhige Nacht :)

Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht sehr schön. Ich hatte zwei Tage gebucht, bin aber schon nach einem Tag abgereist. Ich stand vor der großen Scheune, wo der Platz ordentlich schräg ist und dieser Platz nicht zum draußen sitzen einlädt. Bis ca. 02:30 Uhr sind jugendliche immer wieder mit den Autos hin und her gefahren und direkt vor meinem Camper sich lautstark unterhalten. (Vielleicht gab es eine Party bei Frank). Aus diesen Erfahrungen würde ich jetzt nicht nochmal buchen, obwohl Frank sehr nett ist und für den Lärm nicht verantwortlich war.

Frank war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine ruhige Nacht.

Frank hatten wir leider nicht kennengelernt. Die Begrüßung war sehr nüchtern. Uns wurde von einem nicht gerade motivierten Jugendlichen der Platz vor der Scheune zugewiesen. Der Platz lädt nicht draußen sitzen ein, dazu kommt das die Umweltgeräusche (Straße, Autobahn, Zug) sehr deutlich zu hören sind. Positive ist das man schnell im Ort und am See ist.
