The parking space is located about 50m from the house between old fruit trees on an orchard. Right next to the pitch are the tame sheep, and depending on the season there are fresh vegetables, salad, herbs or fruit. You are also welcome to buy the farm's own "Äppler" or apple juice. A fire basket including wood is provided (depending on dryness), as well as a garden shower. Water is available through a hose or from a tap with canisters, electricity is provided by a cable reel, and there is an outdoor sink with hot water at the pitch. A toilet with a small sink is available in the barn, about 70m away. In Waake there is an organic shop with its own bakery, as well as the "Museum on the Manor". In Ebergötzen there is the "Wilhelm Busch Museum" (he actually lived there), and the "Bread Museum", as well as an Edeka supermarket and ATMs. The area is beautiful for hiking, for trips to the Rhumequelle, to the Harz Mountains or to the nearby Seeburger See. On hot days, a Kneipp pool in the forest in Bösinghausen provides refreshment! Please note the arrival time and the size of the vehicle! Larger vehicles are also possible on request, but only in the yard between the house and the barn. If the weather conditions do not allow you to spend the night on the lawn because it is wet and cannot be driven on, we reserve the right to ask you to park in the yard.
