About the site
Quiet meadow parking space in the middle of nature between elderberry and hazelnut bushes. The parking space faces south. The rear part is partially shaded by the vegetation from midday and is particularly suitable for pet owners. The parking space is bordered by a spacious sheep pasture with around 6-10 sheep. There are numerous sights nearby. The small town of Dornburg and the Dornburg castles are a 2km walk away. Ideally located for cycling trips between the Saale cycle path and the Ilm cycle path. The spa and wine town and spa town of Bad Sulza with the Toscana Therme and the graduation tower can be reached by bike in around 30 minutes. Canoe tours on the Saale are also possible from Jena or Camburg. The cities of Jena, Weimar, Naumburg and Freyburg, which are well worth seeing, can be reached by car in around 30 minutes. The Saale valley, the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region and the numerous castles and palaces invite you to take long hikes.

Sehr ruhige abgelegene Wiese mit paar Schafen. Wir hatten eine erholsame Nacht und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Netter und bemühter Gastgeber, jedoch ist der Stellplatz aus meiner Sicht nicht naturnah und nicht groß genug für 3 Stellplätze. Schatten gibt es im hinteren Bereich. Bei 3 Campern müsste man dafür dicht aneinanderstehen. Da ich mir den Stellplatz anders vorgestellt habe, bin ich weitergereist.
